For all of the slick simplicity of Google's apps, their aesthetics have always been lacking. Very blocky and generally unattractive in the design arena... When I look at our daughters, I think how little things have changed and how desperately I want to equip them to see themselves as beautiful Asian American girls made in the image of God -- filled with strength and grace. * * * Don't count on me getting an iPhone anytime soon. Unless I win the lottery, in which case I'll totally buy you one too! The Google phone is kind of a disappointment to me -- the features seem great (free Google apps, open source, 3 megapixel camera, etc.) but it's plain ugly. And it's on T-Mobile. Hmm....
