Yes, I think we&#039;re talking about similar things here...

First, in reference to the &quot;people further along the Way&quot; -- those would be wise mentors who are willing to invest in younger folks.  Second, &quot;the Way&quot; itself is the journey of loving &amp; following Jesus; in this specific case, discovering our God-given sense of cultural, ethnic, racial identity, redeemed &amp; reconciled in Christ.  Yes, I was referencing the Sioux &quot;Way&quot; concept as way of conveying the idea that faith in Jesus is more than subscribing to a certain set of beliefs but is a way of life.]]></description>
